Highly recommend this company! They are family-friendly, offer a military discount, and deliver truly exceptional customer service. My garage keypad and remotes stopped working, leaving me stuck using the wall button and making a mad-dash (hilarious to my neighbors I'm sure). I called on a Friday afternoon around 2:00 PM, and while they initially had availability for the following week, my schedule only allows for Friday appointments. Adrianna immediately stepped up and went above and beyond to send a technician (Keith, I believe) out that same day. The tech was incredibly honest and upfront. Rather than just selling me a replacement board as a temporary "Band-Aid" fix on a 13-year-old system, he explained why replacing the motor was the smarter, more cost-effective move. He also checked a dented panel and honestly advised that it wasn't a structural issue, saving me from an unnecessary costly replacement. A couple of weeks later, my keypad stopped working and my Jeep's built-in opener wasn't programmed yet. I called Adrianna, and she sent Michael out the same day. Michael was so patient—he fixed the keypad code (which I may have scrambled myself!) and took the time to figure out the specific programming sequence my Jeep required.
